Then knowing these problems in an org that chills internal critique is also degrading. This just spawns more "bullshit" jobs for duct taping this mess through PR.
It is a real issue, we need to continue to talk about. I see this as a corporate culture issue, where the Compliance Programs are NOT supported by management and the entire organization.
